13. A piece of burlap
14. Logo tag.
15. All sorts of different tags for decoration.
Fabric for bags (canvas with an already applied factory drawing. I bought in China :) - 39x40 cm. Almost square. Top of the bag with a side of 39 cm.
Fabric for lining and pockets. For lining 39x40 cm.
Two pieces for pockets with dimensions - 39x22 cm,
this one will be slotted with a zipper;-39x17 cm, this pocket will be open.
These are linen twine and linen edging, they will be needed for decoration
Sew the front of the bag. We fold the front to the front and sew the line, departing 1 cm.
We iron the seam from the inside
And now we iron from the front.
Now proceed to the decor. I wanted to add a variety of handbag. Our cat will play with a ball :) We form a ball of linen string and sew it. The ball was sewn in the usual straight line. And then, as your heart desires, we unwind and sew the string to the bag canvas. At this stage I sewed a zigzag line.
That's what I got in the end.
From the piece of burlap, having previously frayed the edges, formed a bow and sewed a tag with a logo to it.
Now that the front of the bag is fully decorated, sew the second side, iron the seam. Stitch the bottom and form the bottom with the help of corners.
The width of the bottom depends on the size of the corner. See for yourself what you need in the end :)
We fasten the corners with pins and sew a line.
Cut off the excess and turn out.
That's what we did :)
Now proceed to the lining and start with a pocket. We sew a small, open pocket. With the help of iron mark the middle of the pocket. Making embellishment. Again, she dangled a piece of burlap and riveted the tag to it;) We sew our embellishment on the pocket.
Fold the front pocket to the front, sew the lines along the sides, leaving room for turning.
Wrenched, ironed ..
Pin a pocket with pins and sew.
Everything, one pocket is ready;)
We take the second canvas for lining and make a slit pocket with a zipper.
I wanted to decorate the corners of my pocket and fasten it at the same time :)) On the reverse side (from the inside) I put a piece of leather in order to make the rivets stand firm.
Sew the lining of the bag on the sides. Leave a place for turning out. We form the bottom of the bag and cut corners. Everything is exactly the same as with the front part of the bag.We continue the decor of the front of the bag. We draw a piping on the front of the bag.
Mark the middle on the lining and install the magnetic button.
We connect the lining with the front part of the bag. Sew the top. We sew the line and turn it out. Ironed out.
Now sew up the bottom of the bag with a secret seam.
Install the bag handles. ALL! You can admire the result;)))
