This is a roomy eco-bag, simple rectangular shape with long handles. It replaces the package from the store.

To sew a shopper bag yourself, you will need: cotton fabric, thread, scissors and one free evening.
We cut off the details of the bag from the fabric — 1 part of the base of the bag, 2 parts of the handle.
We fold the part with the wrong side inside.
On the sides of the front side at a distance of 0.5 cm from the edge of the part to stitch, iron. From the edge should remain 0.3-0.4 cm, the rest is cut off.
We turn out the bag with the front sides inside we outline and sew the line retreating from the edge of 0.7 cm The seam is ironed.
The details for the handle of the bag are folded in half and ironed. Then we fold each half in half again and iron it again. We got handles with a width of 2 cm and a length of 70 cm. Along each handle, we lay two seams.
Turn up 2 cm from the top edge and iron it. Then we turn it another 2 cm and iron it again. Just from the top 4 cm.
From the middle (42/2=21 cm), we postpone 6.5 cm. Baste, stitch, iron.
We form the bottom of the bag. Fold the corner and set aside 2 cm from the middle of the seam. We sew 4 cm of one corner and the other.
We'll decorate the bag with holnitens. Color nickel 15 x 15 mm.
