This might be the easiest bag ever. It's a great size for almost anything and it's so fast and easy to make.
You'll need a piece of fabric measuring 15"x25" and two pieces of webbing each 18" long.
Fold fabric in half lengthwise. Stitch around side and bottom of bag. I did a straight stitch first and then a serging stitch to bind up the raw edges so they don't fray.
Fold top of bag over 1/2" and then another 1/2" and press.
With bag still wrong side out, slide handles underneath top hem of bag and pin. Sew all the way around top of bag, making sure to secure handles by backstitching.
Sew all the way around bag top again, 1/4" parallel to first line of stitching and this time fold up handles and stitch across them so the handles point up out of bag.
Here is another picture of your two lines of stitching and handles tucked in and then sewn up.
Turn bag right side out and you're done!
Doesn't get much easier than that!
